These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and acl365 ("acl365", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the acl365 website located at acl365.org and all related services, products, games, features, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

All financial transactions on the acl365 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern your use of the payment facilities available on the platform:

acl365 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and VIP programme rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and satisfied applicable verification requirements.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not cleared within the validity period will be removed from your account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the acl365 platform without express written authorisation from acl365.
• You must not use any automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically download content from the platform.
• The acl365 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of acl365. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content available on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and is subject to their respective licences.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acl365, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or outcomes.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors that are beyond acl365's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Actions taken by acl365 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

acl365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You may close your acl365 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

acl365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 21.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Any behaviour deemed by acl365 to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.

In the event of account closure for cause, acl365 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and associated winnings. Decisions regarding account closure for cause are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 9 below.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which acl365 operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably between the parties.

acl365 reserves the right to refer any matter to a recognised independent dispute resolution body if it determines, at its sole discretion, that such referral would facilitate a fair and efficient resolution.

acl365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the acl365 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

acl365 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is shared with payment providers, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies only to the extent strictly necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and acl365 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. The failure of acl365 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of acl365. acl365 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
